More Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Additionally included in this latest image disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct parts of the land.

Alongside this are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the current oversight process.
